Transfer & Cancellation Policy


 A one time transfer to the next scheduled program will be permitted at no charge as long as the tuition has been paid in full.  Additional transfers will be subject to a 10% administrative fee based on the tuition amount not to exceed $200.00.


The full tuition is due at the time of the enrollment to reserve a place in the program.  Tuition must be paid in full on or before Session #1.  A full refund will be made for withdrawals from the program through Session #1 less a 10% administrative fee based on the tuition amount not to exceed $200.00.  A replacement can be substituted in the current program at no additional charge.  Any student who withdraws after the program starts and has never attended a scheduled session will be refunded all tuition minus the 10% administrative fee based on the tuition amount not to exceed $200.00.   After Session #1, no refunds will be issued.   All cancellations can be reported to the DCT of SC office at 843.884.4848 or the sales representative.  Refunds are issued within 15 days from the date of cancellation.  Books and supplies must be returned within 10 days of cancellation in good condition with no writing or markings on the pages.
DCT of SC is committed to providing you the best possible learning experience.  To ensure you have time to prepare for your session, we would recommend you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your program.  Any participant who arrives more than 30 minutes after the session starts will be considered "absent" for that session and will not receive attendance credit.  To successfully complete your program and receive your certificate, you must attend 85% or more of the program sessions for a time phased program and your tuition must be paid in full.  For example:  If your program is 8 sessions over a period of weeks, you will need to attend 7 of 8 sessions to successfully complete the program.  For 2 and 3 day programs, you will need to attend 100% of the sessions to successfully complete.
